Just wanted to express my delight at the quality of the lovely foldable Trilby hat. Really comfortable hat, nice design and great to be able to take away on travels without worrying about it being damaged (lots of other straw hats never made it home!). Excellent customer service too, nice touch to have a thank you note. Will definitely be ordering another hat soon!

I love this item and can’t wait to wear it over my swimsuit when I’m on holiday. Lightweight and easy to wear, lovely fabric.

I do like this hat, and it arrived very quickly. I'm sure I will wear it a lot in the summer. However, I was a bit disappointed to find it on sale in my local Cathedral shop, same price, no wait, no wondering if it would fit. Plus, having thought I was buying something a bit harder to find, from a "small family business", it's actually on sale all over the place I now see, and in the shops you can clearly see there's a label attached stating "Made in China" - something missing from my hat when it arrived.
