My hat is wonderful, just what I wanted and superb quality. But i must say, the customer service is outstanding. Not only did it arrive quickly but there were delightful little touches ... hat wrapped beautiful tissue, inserts explaining how my hat folds into its own bag for travel, a Thank You label from Nicola, so I thank YOU Nicola for your care and outstanding service! I definitely recommend the business.

Great hat! I was so pleased to find the drawstring through the tape inside. I have a small head and I usually have to run a thread through the tape to make it smaller. Great value at £19.95. Arrived very quickly via Royal Mail.
