My order was delivered very quickly and was packed with great care and it felt like I was unwrapping a xmas present. I'm really happy with it. Absolutely love this hat. Didn't realise I had a 59cm head, but it fits lovely. Would love more choice for 59cm hats if possible also. Will definitely come back for another style

I cannot fault anything about the service I received purchasing my hats from Scarf Giraffe. The game changer for me was that I can take a Panama hat on holiday in my suitcase and its as good as new when I take it out, not broken or bent out of shape. From ordering to delivery took 3 days and my hats were packaged very nicely in tissue with instructions regarding how to fold the hats for transport.
