Arrived beautifully packaged and just as illustrated. So useful to have a cloth bag to keep hat rolled up when travelling.

Hat was damaged in the post as the box was squashed. Response to my email was prompt, (5 stars for the service so far) and I was sent a returns label and am awaiting a replacement.
