Comfortable hat and looks lovely

It was exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellent and the colour is a nice neutral shade, not too dark so matches most outfits. The hat was exactly as described and perfect. This is my 2nd hat I've bought from them. The customer service and delivery are first class too.

Hunting for a sun hat for a (hopefully sunny) week away I opted for one from The Scarf Giraffe and bought one 10 days ago, mainly initially attracted as it folded into its own pocket bag. Great idea in a suitcase or handbag! Hat ordered, arrived safely within 2 days! Delighted to find that, as a small family company they had gone "the extra mile". Sturdy box, instructions for folding, pink tissue paper to add a little touch of individuality and even a thank you note addressed to me from Nicola. I was so happy with the product and the service I ordered a second hat, in another colour, which arrived yesterday, again with all the little touches. I then showed my brother the site as he needed a hat - and he ordered a Panama too!
