I ordered and received my hat within two days so it was very quick. It came without the bad for travel but after contacting the helpdesk that was also posted out straight away.
The hat is beautiful and great quality. It will definitely be used a lot when I’m away.

A simple colour and design. Perfect for casual and smarter occasions. Glad it’s got the string to help with the fit - makes it so much better.

The hat looks lovely and is comfortable to wear.
I did fold it to see how it would fit into the bag provided and it went in OK.
I will only fold it when travelling.

I ordered my Panama hat on 15th July and it was delivered on 17th July. Amazing!!
Ordering was really simple and there was a choice of hat size which was brilliant because I have a small head and have difficulty finding a hat that fits. It also has a pull ribbon inside the brim to ensure a snug fit.
The hat is lovely quality and comes with a bag to carry the hat in when folded. Also enclosed in the parcel was a handwritten thank you card which was a lovely touch. I would definitely order from this company again.
