It was my first order and I couldn’t believe it when it arrived the next day. Beautiful packaging and a handwritten thank you card. The hat was a birthday present for my mum. It fitted her perfectly and she is thrilled with it! Absolutely lovely company and product.

I received my order, well packaged, exactly as described and shown with a lovely message inside. I'm yet to try folding it but so pleased. My order was missing the bag to put my hat it but that was really quickly resolved, no questions asked. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be ordering from Scarf Giraffe again v soon.

I loved how the hats roll up. The hat was fantastic in our cruise and didn’t blow off thanks to the little inner ribbon that you can adjust, so the hat is perfect for you!

This hat fits perfectly because it has a drawstring inside the rim. Didn’t realise when I ordered it but it may have been a little too big without this feature.

Bought for my wife. She was worried that it would look too masculine. It really doesn't.

I was recommended The Scarf Giraffe after I admired a friend’s. I have a small head and find it hard to find a hat that fits so this one at 55cm was great. It looks good, feels safe, is cool and gives great protection. Looking forward to wearing it on holiday next week rolled up easily in my case.
