Quality not as expected for price!

I'm not good with hats and struggle to find one that a. suits, b. won't get destroyed in a suitcase and c. reasonably priced. This one ticked all the boxes. Beautifully packaged with a lovely "thank you" note from Nicola and instructions on how to fold into its bag. Delivery was amazingly fast. Thank you so much!
