Returns – United Kingdom

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must not have been worn outdoors
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags
  • Please include your packing note where possible

The returns page is hosted by Royal Mail. If you reach the end of the process and cannot print your label, Royal Mail will email you a QR code which can be scanned at your Post Office. This email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

International Returns

If you are returning an order from outside the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Please contact us before returning international orders so we can provide the correct return details.

European Union Returns

Customers in the European Union have the right to return items within 14 days under distance selling regulations.

Return postage costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care packing our products, but if something isn't right please contact us as soon as possible.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • We will cover the return postage costs
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • We will resolve the issue quickly and fairly

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider
