Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, returning it is easy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. This applies to both full-price and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with its original tags and packaging where applicable.

UK returns are FREE. You can create your free Royal Mail returns label using the Returns link at the bottom of our website.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged or faulty, or if you have received the wrong item. We'll work with you to put things right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you're unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
