Phone strap to hang rd neck

Very disappointed I thought this would be such a help as I constantly put the phone down in my house I live alone now, recently widowed, and then miss calls etc. I started to use the strap about 3 days ago
I used it at the airport to go away and it broke yyhr phone fell off …..
So 4 days of use and once again my phone is in a pocket if I have one
I’ve ended up using a small bag which is not what I wanted for my lovely Italian holiday

We do offer a free returns policy along with a full refuns should you wish to return the item after your holiday? Or - if you prefer, we can issue a replacement.
