Beautiful hat & excellent customer service!

The hat I ordered arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. At this point I discovered I had a big head; it didn’t fit. I phoned up and Ruth answered the call quickly (direct to human, how refreshing!). She was extremely helpful in guiding me through the return and reorder of a bigger size.
