Spent some time looking at these hats, was really good value, very helpful with sizing guide. I have problems buying hats as they are always too big so very welcome having an accurate size guide. Was not disappointed!

Hat faulty but customer service excellent

My hat was faulty as described in my previous review. However I can't fault the response from the company and hopefully my issue was just a "one off".

As you have sent me a picture of the fault, please dispose of the hat as you see fit. I would normally offer a replacement, but appreciate you might still be on holiday, so possibly prefer a full refund on this occasion? Once again, please accept my apologies. I will feed this fault back to the buying team.

Love this hat. Fed up of having bashed and out of shape holiday hats. It’s so handy to squash in its bag and carry in my hold all bag. Such a great idea.

Good looking travel hats

Purchased two Folding Travel Panama Sun Hats (his and hers) very recently. Delivery was extremely quick, they look very good and we are very much looking forward to using them on our very first cruise in June.
