I am so sorry to hear the poor service provided. This is very disappointing to hear, and really unfortunate. The item was dispatched using our next day courier, however, it would appear that they did not meet this requirement sadly. As soon as you notified me of this, a next day refund was issued.
Further to your recent email, stating that you have still not received your hat, I have now issued a full refund. I can only apologise for this inconvenience, and will be addressing this with our courier.
