When I type this in, it is saying ....
'an update will be provided when we attempt to deliver your order'
This isn't ideal, as I can see that you placed your order over a weekend (2nd Sept), and we dispatched it on the Monday 4th in line with our weekend delivery timeframes. Looking at your address however, you have not provided a flat number so we are missing your full address details - so this is possibly why the courier is having problems with the delivery.
I will endeavour to send another hat out to you today but just need your flat number. If the original parcel does finally arrive, I would be grateful if you could return it to us using the free returns label attached. I have left a voice message for you requesting that you confirm your full address.
