Brilliant quality hat, perfect for easy fitting into a small case. Styling perfect with a large enough brim to easily shade eyes when out and about and a quick rollup for ease of carrying. Lovingly packaged with very fast delivery. Quality item from a real quality company. Highly recommend!

Whilst the quality of the hat is good, it does not fold well. Though the hat WILL roll into the bag, it comes out misshapen with the brim uneven. Not a great look

Hi Suzanne. I'm sorry to hear your dissappointment. The hat should unravel from the travel bag and keep it's shape perfectly. If you email The Scarf Giraffe team with a picture, we should be able to help further. The brim of the hat can actually be ironed believe it or not, helping to maintain the shape of the hat. If you pop a tea towel or hankerchief over the brim and then use a hot iron, it should help to make the brim less floppy.
