The gift box was damaged when arrived. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong hat but what arrived was very nice

I am so sorry that the gift box arrived damaged. I can only imagine that this had become damaged in transit as we take great care in packing our products carefully prior to dispatch. As a small family run business, we aim to provide a personal and efficient service, and reviews really do matter to us - good or bad. I am sorry to hear that you selected the incorrect hat. We do offer a free returns policy, making the whole process seamless. I will refund the charge of the gift box and hope that you are able to place a new order for the hat that you want.

Just perfect

I purchased the hat for my father and really had no idea to wrap it so I purchased the additional box. Delighted with the black box which I know will be pre-purposed for someone else gift.

Fabulous service

I bought this gift boxed item as a birthday present as yet not handed over so can’t comment on the product however I ordered on Friday lunchtime and it was delivered to me on north of scotland on Saturday morning … amazing service so thank you .

Nice quality hat and true to colour, super fast delivery very impressed,
Gift box was not much use as the hat unfolded would not fit in it, and when folded in bag the box was to big,
