Folding mechanism broken after a handful of uses

I would not recommend these sunglasses. I purchased to take out when using a small handbag. I have used them a handful of time over several months and the folding mechanism has broken so they are now completely useless. Unable to take back to the store I purchased as it is past 28 days and Scarf Giraffe only offer a 10% discount if I purchase another pair. Due to the poor quality of the item I will not be purchasing another pair.

I am sorry to hear that the store you originally purchased them from did not issue a refund for you due to it being outside the 28 days. As it has been several months since the purchase was made from the store (and not directly from ourselves), the best I can offer is a 10% discount. We are a small family run business and pride ourselves on quality and affordable products along with a friendly and personal service. I do apologise that you are not 100% satisfied on this occasion.

Quite light weight which is great for hot countries.
A bit nervous about folding them though as they seem quite flimsy. They’re a tight fit in the case. Only time will tell how they fare when on a winter sun holiday!
